Timeline for Milestones

Jan 08

1- Launch Exped Saharan Saunter, basic plans and mapping collated.

12 - Main team members in place

14 - Sponsorship applications ongoing, contact lists to HQ for website, uniform details to NZ Co-ordinator

Feb 08

1 - have all basic infrastructure in place

7 - Contact more sponsors and interested parties

15 - Exped team complete -ongoing work and training etc. Fundraising ventures. reports from UK & NZ

17 - start phase 2 - stores and logistic collation and further verification.

Vehicles preparation ongoing, stores collation ongoing

Mar 08 -

1st onwards- plan for the Promo film later in month

Week 1

- Look at requirements for the film crew (UK) side and any eqpt issues
- Contact vehicle owners re involvement for promo film
- Arrange to ship over jeep from USA to UK
- Obtain trailer for same jeep

Week 2

- Albion move as a priority
- Albion body uplift for refurbishment
- Contact more sponsors to try for a MAJOR Sponsor
- Continue publicity strategy

Week 3

- Plan to attend the Scottish MVG crank up weekend
- Collate resource lists for vehicle refurbishments
- Locate and try to obtain desert paint
- Marketing meeting
- Job allocation list -divide responsibilities

Week 4

- Review of all since January 1st
- Collate a job priority list and flag up outstanding and pending jobs
- Brief and update everyone as to where we are and what we need to do for
